We were busy yesterday so I never got around to editing, so you get two for one today!

Yesteday Sarah and Wayne came up and my shot is of the boys playing Wii.



and then today I forgot all day until we were headed up to bed. I grabbed the camera and said, "come here, let me take your picture" and he ran away from me and yelled "nope!"

Day 22--Coloring is Fun

We went out to Friendly's for dinner tonight. Matthew's gotten really good at occupying himself with the crayons and paper while waiting for food!

Day 21--Waiting

Today's picture was taken while he was waiting for gym class to start. I love how he was on his tippy-toes.

Day 20/365

Thankfully we are feeling a lot better here! This picture happened at the end of the day when we went ustairs for baths and Matthew ran ahead of me into his bathroom and sat on his potty.

Day 19--Buddy!

Buddy had to take a bath, he was a victim of the illness that hit the other night. Well finally he was dry enough to come back. And boy was Matthew happy.

Day 18--Snuggles

Matthew is still recovering from being sick so we had another snuggly day.

Day 17--Stomach Flu

Poor Matthew woke up at 1 in the morning after throwing up. This continued until 5 in the morning. He's doing much better but it's been a long day and we're all tired.

Today's picture is just him sitting with me reading books. He's wearing only a diaper because he had just gotten a fever and was warm and we were letting him cool off.

Day 16--Walking With Daddy

Today's picture comes from the park. We were walking back to the car and couldn't resist the shadow picture. I love that as I took the picture Matthew turned to look at Matt.

Day 15--I love you Daddy

Headed out the door tonight Matt picked Matthew up and Matthew gave daddy a hug.

Day 14--Just Hanging Around

Today's picture comes from tumbling class. We go on Thursdays and Matthew always has fun. Today the teacher brought out the bar for them to swing on and here he is with her helping him.

Day 13--Mischief Maker

I found Matthew messing with his monitor today. Five minutes later I realized what he did when the high pitched beeping scared me to death! We have one of those fancy monitors that sense motion and if your baby were to stop breathing in the night it would go off. What we didn't know when we bought it was the pad is very little and baby's are wiggly. One night of false alarms and we never turned it on again!

Day 12--Bananas for Bananas!

We went grocery shopping today and Matthew grabbed a banana out of the bag. He just couldn't wait for me to peel it for him.

Day 11--Obsessed with Trains

Day 10--Peek-a-boo

Day 9--18 months old today!

Day 8--Lollipop

Matthew had a well-child visit today. Which included a shot. And a reward for the shot? A lollipop. As you can see it made it all better.

Day 7--Even Being Cute Doesn't Get Your Way

We went out to dinner tonight and Matthew got in trouble at the table for throwing his crayons in a fit of anger. After realizing crying wasn't going to get his crayons back he leaned on Matt. It was super cute, but he still didn't get his crayons back.

Day 6--Cuddling With Mommy

Matthew's been fighting a little cold and while I wish he wasn't I'm enjoying the side effects of it, namely he's been more cuddly lately.

Day 5--Tickle Tickle

I had almost finished editing my picture for today when Matt laid on the floor and Matthew laid next to him and they started playing. That's Matt tickling Matthew's foot.

So of course I had to switch pictures.

Day 4--Crayons!

This morning I pulled out the crayons and coloring book he got for Christmas. He had fun, although he enjoys putting them in and out of the box more than coloring.

Day 3/365--A Comfy New Seat

Today's pictures consisted of a messy face at lunch, an ornery smile, a temper tantrum and finally the winner.

This basket was my mom's, it used to hold her knitting. But Matthew prefers to use it as a seat.

Day 2--Mommy's Finger

Tonight's picture happened at dinner. I put some more food on his plate and as I pulled my hand away he grabbed my finger and wouldn't let go.

Day 1--Happy New Year!

I snuck up right past midnight to take this picture of Matthew.
